Neither with you nor without you

You can't be without him. You're clear on that. You had a chance when you were hit by a car and were in a coma for 33 days. However, when you woke up, you couldn't get it out of your head.
And he was the one to blame for getting run over. Well, to be fair, he didn't have it; the fault was because of your damn obsession with being always on his side.
We talked about it a lot, remember? That you had to put yourself through psychological treatment to get rid of his influence, but you didn't listen to reason. I still remember your words:
"It's my life and I can't be without it."
Your life? I don't get it. Many times I have thought about taking more drastic measures, like making it disappear, erasing it from the map forever, but I know that that would not be the solution because it is you who has to make that decision. I can only advise you.
Perhaps the solution is to detoxify yourself, little by little, to come up with a shock plan, until you get to have a healthy relationship, not that toxic and obsessive relationship you have with your Smartphone.
Remember that it is a machine, a tool to make your life easier, not an instrument that controls you the way it does. Remember, you were very lucky with the hit-and-run and you're not a fucking cat.
