What have I seen on Netflix? Rome of Alfonso Cuarón

OPINION

Today I finished seeing Alfonso Cuarón's Rome in Netflix and the truth is that when I began to see it I didn't have much hope that I would like it, but as the film progressed, it ended up conquering me, not only the story of the two women, the domestic worker and her boss, but also the way Cuarón tells us a common story, but with a depth that leaves you stunned.

Then the black-and-white filming, which takes you, from the first minute, to get in line with what the director wants to tell you, the sequence shots that are perfect, photography is not left behind and the masterful use of cinematographic space.

Then there's what Cuarón tells us behind the scenes, part of the political and social history of Mexico in the 1970s that brings us a little closer to understanding Mexico today.
In short, a film not to be missed, see it with tranquility and enjoy all its art, which has it and a lot.

¿Qué he visto en Netflix? Polar

Fuente

Vinegar flower

With the winter already in my house, although for the time that makes in my land anyone would say it, the nature surprises us in any corner with its wonders.
As you know, I don't miss the opportunity to activate the camera of my mobile phone when I see a flower to immortalize it. Today I stopped at a simple flower, because in its simplicity is beauty. Monochrome flowers, but with a preciousness worthy to be photographed,
In this opportunity I refer to the vinegar (Oxalis) that come out in the pots of my garden and have decided to throw flowers. In this occasion their flowers are of a beautiful pink color, although other times I have seen them white and yellow.

What have I seen on Netflix? Sick Note

OPINION
A few days ago I saw the first season of sick leave on Netflix. A first season that you can see in an afternoon because there are only six chapters and each one has an average duration of 23 minutes, minus the first that lasts 45.
The truth is that the series lets itself be loved and has such a frantic rhythm that you can't stop watching it until you reach the final chapter.
Another aspect that I liked about the series was its eccentric, humorous and irreverent approach, with that point of madness that Don Johnson puts, who plays Kenny West, who is the boss of the protagonist Daniel Glass, who plays the famous protagonist of Harry Potter, Rupert Grint.
A series that will undoubtedly bring you a smile and make you spend an entertaining day with the messes of Daniel Glass and the clumsy Dr. Ian Glennis.
Shortly I will begin with the second season that is already in Netflix.

Perspectiva y viento

Fuente propia

The Ineffective Climate Summits

Yes, we humans are the beings who leave most ecological footprint with our activity and this activity is killing our planet. Some are spending billions of euros on research to make human life possible on Mars, when here we have a planet that is crying out for us to stop to make life possible. However, we humans are not able to read beyond our noses and so it goes.
If we continue with this level of pollution, life on our planet will be almost unsustainable.
International efforts are being made to try to change the current panorama and, most importantly, the future panorama, which the data indicate will be catastrophic if we are not able to stop the locomotive of climate change that is advancing at all costs without even stopping at some station to try not to take the exit again.
The climate summits have tried to put a stop to climate change, but they have been of little use, because the countries still do not remove the blindfold and do not want to see what is happening around them and continue to produce as if nothing had happened.
The Kyoto protocol laid the foundations for an understanding, a starting point, but with very fragile bases, which have been subsequently tried to fix, both in Paris and Katowice, but the agreements are taken with tweezers because neither the USA, China nor India, which are the most polluting countries on the planet, have participated in these pacts.
This is how the planet is, heading towards unprecedented global warming, which we have to stop now because, if we do not, the consequences will be unpredictable and will make living on earth almost like hell.
